  • Lamaze Class Series is designed to empower expectant parents with knowledge and confidence. The 4 class series aligns with the 6 Healthy Birth Practices of Lamaze exploring the essentials of labor, birth, comfort measure techniques and your pain relied options. The last class in the series will focus on postpartum care, newborn basics and breastfeeding.

    The Lamaze class series will provide you and your support partner with a solid foundation to prepare you for a powerful, rewarding experience.

  • Birth Refresher Course is a 3 hour class thoughtfully designed for second and third time parents preparing to welcome another baby. This course acknowledges that your experience is different—you’ve been through birth before, and now you’re exploring new options with a deeper understanding and new questions.

    The  focus is on what matters most for experienced parents: understanding your previous birth. You’ll gain clear, evidence-based guidance, learn how to choose a supportive provider, how to create a birth plan that reflects your goals and to effectively communicate your goals to your provider. 

    By the end of the course you and your support partner will feel  informed, empowered, and ready to make decisions that align with your values and vision for this next birth.

    $200 online/$250 in person


  • Path to a Positive VBAC is a 3 hour class designed to inform, empower, and build confidence in your birth journey.  The course will explore the fundamentals of VBAC, including benefits, risks, and current guidelines, helping you make informed decisions and communicate effectively with your provider. .

    We will focus on the mind, body and spirit alignment that is needed to prepare for a VBAC. Covering topics such as choosing a VBAC supportive provider, creating a flexible birth plan, and reviewing the stages of labor. You’ll learn pain management techniques and options, strategies for your support partner or doula, emotional readiness, and address personal concerns.

    You and your partner will complete the course feeling educated, supported, and confident in your ability to achieve a VBAC safely and positively.

    $200 online/$250 in person

  • Avoid interventions that are not medically necessary

  • Avoid giving birth on your back and follow your body’s urge to push

  • Keep your baby with you – it’s best for you, your baby and breastfeeding

  • Let labor begin on its own

  • Walk, move around and change positions throughout labor

  • Bring a loved one, friend or doula for continuous support
